Hi Readers!

Let’s slow down for just a minute.
Take a deep breath.
And feel into this:
What if your body already knows what she/he needs?
What if she’s/he’s been speaking to you all along?

This month on Substack, we’ve been exploring The Food Codes by Lana Nelson—a book, yes, but honestly... it’s more like a homecoming. A remembering.

Not to someone else’s version of health or beauty or “right”...
But to yours.

Food Codes teaches you how to use muscle testing—a way of asking your body directly what is aligned for you, what supports you, what brings your energy into harmony. It’s powerful. It’s simple. It’s intuitive. And you can do it yourself.

So many of us have spent years disassociating from our bodies.
Numbing. Overriding. Ignoring.
Being “good” instead of being true.

We’ve been taught to distrust our own signals—hunger, emotion, intuition.
To shut down sensation instead of feeling it.
To disconnect from the body in the name of being productive, pleasing, or perfect.

This work? This is the unlearning.
This is embodiment.
This is reclaiming your ability to hear your own wisdom—and actually live from it.
